At Curit, the consultant role is characterised by a close interaction between solution and relationship. The work takes place close to the customer's business and extends from the initial considerations until the solution is operational. This requires an approach centred on understanding both needs and contexts - not just how the system is set up, but why.<\/p>

At the same time, there is a natural ownership of the tasks and a focus on getting things right. The work involves immersion in complex connections between business and system, where independence goes hand in hand with sparring. At Curit, we work agile with\nbased on IFS's own methodology. This gives us a structured approach, but also\nfreedom to adapt solutions along the way and in close dialogue with customers.<\/o:p><\/p>

We work closely together across\nconsultants and developers and build solutions continuously. This means short\nfeedback loops, clear progress and the ability to adjust as the customer's\ncustomer's business evolves.<\/o:p><\/p>
