In the early 2000s, the ERP market was under pressure and IFS had a plan to streamline, and one of their savings plans was that there would only be one IFS office in Denmark and that IFS would work with partners instead. Therefore, IFS was looking for a partner and an angle on how to realise such a partnership. It was in this context that Aase and Carsten decided that now was the time. They chose to go from being employed by IFS in Western Denmark to starting their own business and thereby becoming partners with IFS. Once the decision was made, the process of finding a name, logo, customers, contracts, etc. had to move quickly. Curit were the first IFS partners worldwide, so there were many things that had to be finalised and clarified in a short time. But after a month of intense work, they were ready to break the news to the Danish customers, and Curit got off to a great start in their new role as a partner. In addition to the owners, a few other IFS employees moved to Curit, including Henrik Villadsen - and a few years later Hans Peter B\u00f8ss. Everyone's enthusiasm was rooted in the fact that they were able to keep what mattered most to them: their customers, the product and the community with each other.<\/p>\n

What is the motivating factor as Curit is still growing 20 years later?<\/strong><\/h5>\nOne of the things that matters most to Aase and Carsten, who are still highly motivated, is their desire to share their knowledge and make a difference for their customers. After 20+ years of in-depth knowledge of - and daily work with - IFS, they both possess a wealth of knowledge and competence that benefits both customers and employees. In this way, they are not only founders and partners of Curit, but still a crucial factor, together with the rest of the Curit team, in ensuring that their customers can operate safely and efficiently in IFS. At the same time, they get to be a part of the development that is also happening both at their customers and in the product.<\/p>\n

What characterises Curit and Curit employees?<\/strong><\/h5>\nWhen you ask Aase and Carsten what characterises Curit and their employees, the words that come to mind are: agility, commitment, responsibility and proximity to customers. Knowledge and competences are shared between colleagues for the benefit of customers. What does the future hold for Curit?<\/strong><\/h5>\nCurit is taking at least another 20 years and is also quietly thinking about a generational change. Many will recognise Peter Bering, who over the more than 10 years he has been with the company has taken on more and more responsibility, and along the way has also bought himself into the ownership circle as a partner. In addition to Peter as an obvious part of the future management team, a partnership has been formed with a few other key employees to ensure the most competent staffing to ensure customers' continued satisfaction with Curit and IFS. The intention is clear: Curit wants to grow as it has done for the past 20 years, which is a clear opportunity because IFS as a product is developing and strengthening its position in the market. At the same time, Curit is now in a position where it has the capacity to take on larger and more complex projects, which will also contribute to future growth, where in five years Curit will have 20 more employees.<\/p>\n
To summarise: IFS has developed into one of the strongest ERP systems in the world, the Danish market is ready to embark on the product and Curit is ready with the most skilled people to help customers in the process both now and in the future.<\/p>\n

Curit is taking at least another 20 years and is also quietly thinking about a generational change. Many will recognise Peter Bering, who over the more than 10 years he has been with the company has taken on more and more responsibility, and along the way has also bought himself into the ownership circle as a partner. In addition to Peter as an obvious part of the future management team, a partnership has been formed with a few other key employees to ensure the most competent staffing to ensure customers' continued satisfaction with Curit and IFS. The intention is clear: Curit wants to grow as it has done for the past 20 years, which is a clear opportunity because IFS as a product is developing and strengthening its position in the market. At the same time, Curit is now in a position where it has the capacity to take on larger and more complex projects, which will also contribute to future growth, where in five years Curit will have 20 more employees.<\/p>\n
To summarise: IFS has developed into one of the strongest ERP systems in the world, the Danish market is ready to embark on the product and Curit is ready with the most skilled people to help customers in the process both now and in the future.<\/p>\n
