At this year's ERFA meeting, 34 participants from 15 different companies were ready to share knowledge and exchange experiences as IFS users.
And despite the fact that the calendar had just turned from summer to autumn, the participants arrived at this year's ERFA meeting in the most beautiful late summer weather. A day where the participants were extremely well prepared with questions and dialogue in connection with the first part of the day, which was filled with short presentations from Kim Bursøe, IFS Denmark and Curit consultants. The topics were determined by the customers, partly based on requests from the last ERFA meeting, and included Assyst, Digital Display, Block Planning, Forecast, Digital Bookkeeping and much more.

The second part of the day consisted of four break out sessions with the following themes New to IFS, Upgrading, Planning tools and Reporting tools. Here, participants could bring everything to the table to exchange experiences and share tips and tricks. In all four groups, there was a lively dialogue and great interest in contributing, and for long stretches, the seconded Curit mediators were mere spectators as the erfa group lived up to its name and the dialogue mainly took place directly between customers.
At the end of the day, it was almost a battle to see which of the customers would be the driving force in setting the agenda for ERFA in the future. Big thanks to Terma, Semco, KEN, Insatech and Novenco for taking the lead.
A big thank you to all participants for making ERFA Day a successful event with a great atmosphere and knowledge sharing, a forum that benefits all parties. Thanks for a great event on Friday, it's always interesting to meet ”IFS Colleagues” says Michael Olsen, IT Application Manager, Kongskilde Industries.
And finally, a big thank you to Kim Bursøe, who once again stopped by to share his vast knowledge of IFS.
