RAWBITE strengthens overview and traceability with IFS

CURIT TO IMPLEMENT AN ERP SOLUTION FROM IFS AT RAWBITE IN THREE MONTHS. THE SMALL BUSINESS IS ON THE MOVE
SHIFT UP A GEAR WITH A SYSTEM TARGETED FOR PROCESS MANUFACTURING, WITH RAZOR-SHARP DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT
AND TRACEABILITY AS WELL AS CUSTOMISED KPI DASHBOARDS WITH IFS LOBBY.

Although Rawbite is a small company, the Danish organic fruit and nut bar specialist runs a highly complex business.
The 18 employees in Assens and Gentofte must fulfil the same high documentation and traceability requirements as large process companies,
at the same time as the expansion strategy is being pursued purposefully. Rawbite is already sold in over 30 countries.

Navision and e-conomic have been on the Rawbite system interface since the beginning. Now it should say IFS Applications from a-z.
Rawbite has chosen a complete ERP solution for process manufacturing, which gives the small company significantly more muscle.

NAVISION WAS A NO-BRAINER, BUT...

-"The obvious choice would have been to continue with a new Navision solution. The users are used to working in Navision, and both our production manager
and I have a lot of experience with the system. Fortunately, we chose to look at three options before making a decision, and IFS came in as a positive surprise,
says Peter Højer Nielsen, CFO at Rawbite.

-"We quickly realised that it is a strong system. It's clear that IFS focuses on production and they are very strong on traceability.
Our experience was that IFS Applications is significantly more innovative and gives us better management and control throughout the supply chain.
We were also impressed with the ease of use. For example, with IFS Lobby you can very easily design your own KPI dashboard with exactly those key figures,
you need. You don't have to code anything. It's drag & drop and very intuitive," says Peter Højer Nielsen.

THE RIGHT DOSE OF HORSEPOWER

Curit, recently named ERP company of the year by Computerworld, implemented IFS Applications in Rawbite in just three months.
The rapid implementation is a result of thorough preparatory work where Rawbite's entire business was set up in a predefined framework.

-Rawbite's only concern was whether IFS Applications was too big for the company. This is a concern we see in many smaller organisations.
That's why we've developed a model that quickly shows whether IFS is a good fit or too much work. We run through the model before the order is signed,
because we have no interest in selling more horsepower than the company needs. However, in our experience, small production environments typically have just as much
benefit from IFS Applications as much as the big players. The problems are the same, just with fewer hands to solve them," says Carsten Kaaber, CEO of Curit.

IFS is very pleased that Rawbite has chosen IFS Applications.

-IFS Applications is designed for the manufacturing and process industries. Our customers are primarily the larger companies, but the system is designed,
so it can be easily customised for smaller businesses. It's very satisfying that the large population of small and micro businesses
also benefit from the innovative features we develop. Rawbite is a very good example of how IFS Applications can boost small-scale production
to a new level, says Partner Account Manager at IFS, Rune Andersen
