Wismo Group x Curit
After 17 years with the same ERP solution, Wismo Group decided in 2024 to switch to a new, modern platform. The project was launched in the autumn of 2024, and in close collaboration with Curit, Wismo went live with IFS Cloud on 1 May 2025. The implementation was completed in less than a year, which is a fast and efficient process for a project of this size.
The choice of Curit and IFS Cloud
With over 20 years of experience in IFS implementation and consulting, Curit was able to confidently assist Wismo Group in the transition to IFS Cloud.
”Curit was able to quickly build an understanding of our business and was soon able to show a live demo of IFS based on our overall business processes”, says Elin Røgilds, Senior Project Manager at Wismo Group.
In addition to demonstrating that IFS Cloud was a strong and up-to-date replacement for Wismo Group's previous ERP solution, Curit emphasised from the start to support the company's aftermarket business - a key part of the operation.
Close co-operation with a focus on standard solutions
The goal of the implementation was initially a 1:1 switch to IFS Cloud with the expectation that the solution would eventually simplify the system landscape, optimise processes and make life easier for staff, especially in the aftermarket.
Michael Enk, CIO at Wismo, says about the collaboration: ”Curit has been a professional partner throughout the entire implementation, and Curit has excelled in one aspect in particular: their return on investment consultants listen to our employees and then show how a given process can be solved in IFS Cloud. In general, Curit has been good at minimising the number of customisations in IFS and ensured that the majority of our solution today is standard IFS Cloud”.
From start-up to stable operation
Golive on 1 May marked the end of an intensive implementation period and the start of a new everyday life with IFS Cloud. As with many major projects, there were some start-up challenges, but these were handled quickly and efficiently in co-operation with Wismo Group:
