Last week, we were delighted to be nominated for Owner Manager of the Year. This week, we celebrated yet another recognition: Curit has for the fourth time received the Success Company award, presented by BDO and Spar Nord. This award is given to companies that deliver solid results, create growth and demonstrate the ability to navigate safely in a changing business environment.
We were visited by representatives from BDO and Spar Nord, who presented us with both a diploma and a statuette. The visit was an opportunity to talk about why Curit is doing well and why we believe it will continue to do so in the future. Here's a little of what we talked about:
The long, hard pull
Lasse, BDO's representative, emphasised that the Success Company Award celebrates the long, hard work. "It's not just about quick results, but about continuity, stability and the ability to create lasting value in Danish business. In this light, we are particularly proud that Curit has now been recognised four times, as it shows that we have a solid and viable foothold in the Danish business community.
A year above expectations
Curit's performance in 2024 was above expectations due to several large sales. At the same time, we have expanded our team, not just in the past year, but for a number of years. This has happened at a steady and stable pace, and we are proud that we have managed to maintain a strong culture during this growth.
Our employees are not only diverse in terms of professionalism, but also in terms of personality and competences. This breadth is a strength. We have a culture where you dare to take on new tasks - even when they are slightly outside your usual area and working hours, and this gives us a flexibility that is a crucial competitive advantage.
Collaboration and market
At the meeting, we also discussed developments in the ERP market. We reaffirmed Curit's position as one of the very best IFS partners in the Nordic region. Of course, this puts us in a strong position, but we would welcome even more IFS partners in Denmark. The more widespread IFS’ solution becomes, the bigger the market becomes, and thus the opportunities for us all.
