On 4 October 2021, CREADIS went live with IFS Applications 10, after an intense implementation period of just four months, during which Curit and CREADIS employees worked hard together to get all the pieces in place before going live. The system is now operational and expectations for the future are high. The system has been implemented within the agreed framework for both finances and time.

Despite CREADIS Wind Solutions' size, the IFS installation is geared for the demands of the future. It includes advanced document management, PDM and project management - all to ensure that it can meet customers' high demands for efficiency and traceability.
Prior to the project, Benny Nielsen (Devoteam/Creval.dk) assisted CREADIS with a thorough preliminary analysis, which resulted in the selection of Curit and IFS Applications as their future ERP supplier and system. The composition of the project team, consisting of CREADIS employees who were well versed in their business needs and Curit employees with extensive knowledge of IFS Applications and best practice for this type of company, made the entire process very iterative, where analysis, design and implementation took place in parallel. This has allowed an agile approach, where it has always been possible to adapt the project to the needs that were identified along the way.

In the coming months, CREADIS Wind Solution will focus on stabilising the business in the new system, while allowing curious engineers to expand their knowledge of the many possibilities that IFS Applications has to offer.
