Curit's annual Kickoff with a focus on collaborative relationships

In addition to the fact that we at Curit want to constantly develop and improve our skills in IFS Applications and Cloud so that we can provide the best expertise, we also want to improve our skills in having a long and good collaboration with our customers. We believe that good co-operation and good service can make all the difference to whether the customer gets exactly the solution that suits their needs.

That's why Curit has chosen to focus on strengthening collaborative relationships both internally and externally at this year's kickoff. We have done this in collaboration with Marselisborg Consulting, who have designed two full-day workshops, the first of which was held on Friday.

The day started in Filskov with breakfast, after which CEO Aase Appel Steffensen welcomed everyone and talked about the year 2022 at Curit, which has been a good year and what plans we have for 2023.

With the course chalked up on the internal lines, the second theme of the day got underway. Kamille Pöckel from Marselisborg Consulting took over and gave a presentation on how Curit can maintain the good and constructive collaboration with our customers and how we can also strengthen internal collaboration, sparring and knowledge sharing. A compassionate and inspiring presentation from Kamille resulted in a very listening and attentive audience, who actively participated in the small exercises and provided exciting inputs throughout the presentation.

The presentation laid the foundation for the second activity of the day after lunch, where all Curits went on an orienteering run in the beautiful surrounding nature. In teams, the participants were presented with examples of challenging collaborative relationships, where we had to consider and come up with suggestions on how to handle these situations. After a few hours in the sunshine and many interesting dialogues and constructive discussions in the fresh air, the day was rounded off with a joint summary of what the different teams had discussed and how collaborative relationships, both external and internal, can be handled and improved.

There was now time to enjoy a game of table football, table tennis and a drink while the table was decorated and set for an evening of fun. A good dinner was served and there was plenty of chat about big and small things. The band The boys then offered both dancing and sing-alongs with the Curitters, which only ended in the late hours of the night.

Sleeves are rolled up and everyone is now ready for an exciting 2023 together with our customers and partners.
