KEN Hygiene Systems A/S hosted an inspiring ERFA meeting earlier this month. In the ERFA group, all Danish IFS-The aim was to exchange experiences, tips, tricks, etc. in connection with IFS. There was a great turnout of 34 users from 16 customers.
We, from Curit, were also able to participate, and we would like to praise the planners for a good and content-rich programme. We had a very exciting and inspiring tour of KEN, and in addition, the meeting offered an open and rewarding debate among the customers and a few presentations facilitated both by Curit and by some of the customers themselves.
Brian Sandfeld and Julie Bang Garcia Troelsen from Curit had each prepared a presentation on Cash Flow Planning and PSO respectively. Both resulted in a good dialogue, which made us wiser about which of IFS’ many solutions that customers demand more knowledge about.
To see so many customers coming together on their own initiative is a testament to the strong community and interest that the ERFA group has managed to build. Once again, thanks to KEN for a great meeting!
