Those who are currently IFS customers on previous versions are familiar with IFS's built-in reporting and analysis tools such as IFS Lobby and Business Reporter. While these are extremely powerful in many areas and fulfil many of our customers’ reporting requirements, there are cases where this is no longer enough. Therefore, IFS now also provides an Advanced Analytics solution built using Power BI's best-of-breed Business Intelligence platform. This makes it possible to get a built-in solution where Power BI reports can be built directly from IFS.
Power BI and IFS Cloud
Power BI in IFS Cloud is a feature that allows IFS users to view reports published to Power BI Cloud and Power BI Report Server in the IFS Cloud client itself.
Embedded Power BI is a feature for embedding Power BI reports, report visualisations and dashboard elements directly into IFS Cloud. The Power BI reports can be used in lobbies, for example, so you can access them directly from your operational screen. In addition, it is also possible to edit a report without leaving IFS Cloud.

This makes it easy to get started using Power BI with your IFS data.
