Unibolt A/S has switched to IFS

Curit and Unibolt are pleased to announce a successful transition to IFS Applications.

Vejle, 5 February 2024 – Unibolt A/S, a market leader in screws, bolts and similar parts, has completed a successful implementation of IFS Applications.

In 2022, Unibolt was acquired by Asmet Group, There was a need for greater compatibility and integration than the two very different ERP systems could honour. As a result, it was decided that Unibolt should move from its previous system AS400 to IFS. During the transition, close collaboration was maintained, with Curit acting as a support for Unibolt. Months of dedicated work culminated on 4 September 2023 when the IFS system went live.

Barbara Kotowicz, Area Sales Manager at Unibolt A/S, says:

“With Curit at the helm and a determined effort from our dedicated team, we are proud to present Unibolt A/S’ successful integration of IFS Applications. This technological evolution represents not only a renewal of our systems, but a commitment to create an even more dynamic and efficient future for our company and our customers

A big shout out to our talented employees who have been indispensable in this transformation journey.”

The implementation of IFS involved a comprehensive review of Unibolt's entire business, including purchasing, sales, production, finance and HR. This renewal will support the continued optimisation of financial processes and streamline the supply chain. These changes not only enhance Unibolt's ability to deliver first-class products and services to their customers, but also ensure more efficient and sustainable operations.
