For several years, Eaton Electric A/S and Curit have worked together to optimise warehouse workflows. As a result, processes and daily routines have been strengthened, which has minimised inventory value deviations.

Peter Hyldgaard, Plant Manager at Eaton Electric A/S says “For many years we have optimised our workflows in our warehouse so that our daily routines have become much better. We have strengthened our processes and workflows, thereby ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and quality. We have just completed our annual status. As a tool, we use our daily hand scanners that are connected directly to IFS.
This year we have completed the status, which only cost one production day, and a deviation of less than 0.4 % totalling 2.7 million items.”.
