In 2023, Curit focused on clarifying its values. This was initiated through a workshop with all employees. An extremely exciting and beneficial process where management and employees together articulated and clarified our values both internally and externally. It has always been important to Curit that our values are not just written down on a piece of paper, but are also something that both employees and customers feel in their daily co-operation. The intention of the work has therefore been to create consensus across the entire team on formulation and interpretation, so that we all live it out in the same way in contact with each other and with customers.

Specifically, Curit's core values came to sound like this:
- Well-being: Creating a safe community where working days are filled with joy and balance. Diversity is accepted, internal events are supported, and despite a challenging job, a rich personal life is possible. To promote wellbeing, we must first and foremost live up to the rest of our values. We must be responsive to our colleagues and contribute positively to the community with our participation and support.
- Professional quality: It is seen in the combination of different competences, professionalism, in-depth understanding of customer needs and creativity. It involves a curious approach to our customers and requires internal sparring and effective knowledge sharing. We strive to achieve a high standard in everything we do by finding solutions that make it easy for the customer to create more value. To promote professional quality, we must maintain a culture where we are curious about - and share - knowledge. Feedback and constructive criticism must be prioritised, and we must actively seek to have our products evaluated by customers and ourselves.
- Commitment and passion: Driven by a desire to learn, joy and pride. Variety, flexibility and meaning in work create a desire-based approach. Initiative, community and determination drive us to go the extra mile. It is through this commitment that the customer sees our extra gear. We strengthen our commitment and passion for work when we remember to include each other in our successes. We create situations where we get into flow and lose track of time and place.
- Flexibility: Is being able to adapt to the customer's wants and needs, while maintaining a healthy balance with personal life. It means the freedom to manage your own time and have a say in the fulfilment of tasks. Flexibility is enhanced when we show mutual understanding and adaptation. It's also about prioritising to meet the needs of both the customer and ourselves. There must be freedom to try new things and room to help each other with good ideas.
- Accountability: It involves a shared understanding that the customer must be able to trust us to solve their problems. However, it is also about challenging the customer's wishes respectfully and always with the overall solution in mind. Accountability also means honouring agreements and contributing solutions both internally and externally. We promote responsibility by giving responsibility. This includes trusting each other without micromanaging. We must be aware of this responsibility and remember to seek advice from colleagues when the situation requires it.
- Helpfulness: We value both internally and towards our customers. We strive to understand and solve customer challenges, even if it is not directly our responsibility. During busy periods, we stand together and help each other. Especially new employees experience our availability and support. We show helpfulness when we listen and understand each other's challenges. We prioritise being approachable and accessible to colleagues and customers. We pull together, appreciate help and share knowledge to create satisfaction and progress.

Our goal is for the values to remain well-integrated in the culture, which is why we will have an ongoing dialogue in relation to timeliness. All new employees will be introduced to the values at the start of their employment, and the annual appraisals will also address whether employees perceive and live up to the values themselves.
