As usual, Curit kicked off in March with a look back at the past year and a sneak peek at what the new year will bring. The stage was set for a festive celebration of last year's achievements with High Tea & bubbles, presentation and Curit Jeopardy.
The afternoon started with the finest catering consisting of English delicacies: cucumber sandwiches, scones with jam and lemon curd, macarons, homemade cream puffs, filled chocolates and much more, of course served with bubbles.

With delicacies on the plate and bubbles in the glass, the day's presentation began.
In 2023, Curit helped four customers go live with IFS after implementations that presented exciting challenges, new solutions, integrations and more. We also worked on smaller implementation projects, upgrades and enhancements of the customers' IFS. Even though 2024 is well underway, we had to take a closer look at what else the year has in store. There are both new projects with existing customers and new customers on the drawing board, and work is already well underway. There's also news on the internal front, as Curit is in the process of upgrading its own IFS to Cloud.

A regular part of the annual kickoff presentation is also a review of the year's accounts and it should be no secret that Curit is a company on the move, which was clearly reflected in the accounts. 2023 also saw the addition of new employees, and by the end of the year, the total number of employees had reached 37.
A growing business also means new initiatives, which were presented at the kickoff. The new initiatives will include a new organisation and the creation of focus groups. In practice, the organisation will be divided into five functional areas: Administration, Sales, Operations, Project and Development. In addition, in 2024, Curit will begin formalised internal sparring in focus groups, which will strengthen professional skills throughout the organisation and ultimately mean that customers will meet an even stronger team of consultants, project managers and developers.

Most Curit employees have a competitive spirit, so of course the day had to end with a game of Curit Jeopardy. Four teams were divided into four teams, each with their own buzzer. A judge was assigned the thankless task of keeping an eye on who buzzed in with answers first. The framework was set and the quiz could begin, with the teams competing in the categories: Issues, Environment, Curit, Colleagues and Customers. It was a close but fair battle, with the victory ultimately going to Team Aase.
