AffaldVarme Aarhus has just completed and approved the takeover test for IFS Applications. The acceptance test is a kind of dress rehearsal for the commissioning of IFS Applications, where AffaldVarme Aarhus has run flows and completed transactions in a test environment that corresponds to the way they will use and work with IFS Applications in the real world.
”We have completed over 200 test scenarios across all our business areas - it has been a tough job, but now we can feel confident to go-live in January,” says Pernille Kaastrup, Test Manager at AffaldVarme Aarhus. The internal project manager, Per Vasegaard from Devoteam, is also positive about the well-run takeover test.
“It is very satisfying that the project is going so well and smoothly. Thanks to our skilled employees and a good collaboration with Curit,” says Lars Gjørtz Hougaard, Chief of Staff at AffaldVarme Aarhus.
“We are happy and very satisfied with the successful takeover test. With this, we have come many steps closer to a good and safe go-live start on 4 January 2021” says Peter Eskelund Bering, Project Manager and Partner at Curit.
